Farrier - The client will be notified at the beginning of the month when your horse needs Blacksmith work. A check must be on hand before work is done.
Veterinarian - Vet will bill clients for all work performed at farm. Work performed at horse shows will be added to the monthly bill. Medical Aid performed by the farm will be billed accordingly.
Sellers agent fee payable at time of sale - 15% of sale price.

All "Win" monies go exclusively to owner.
All services will cease if balance owing is over 30 days old and interest will be charged in the event that no arrangements are not made to handle account balance.
